SMS Consent for Account Verification and System Notifications

Metis Foundation uses SMS messages solely for transactional and security-related communications associated with authorized user accounts within REDCap and associated administrative systems.

Example Account Registration Flow

When users create an account or enable multi-factor authentication, they are prompted to enter a mobile phone number for transactional SMS verification and workflow notifications.

Example Disclosure Presented to Users

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Metis Foundation related to account verification, login authentication, approval requests, and workflow status updates. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Example Messages
