As a valued Board Member at The Metis Foundation, Rachelle brings decades of experience in healthcare and research administration, organizational leadership, strategic planning, and institutional operations. Throughout her distinguished career, she has led complex healthcare, academic, and research enterprises, including executive leadership roles where she supported the advancement of military medical research.

In her new role at MGH Institute of Health Professions, Rachelle will serve as a senior strategic partner to the President , leading enterprise strategic planning, institutional integration, innovation, compliance, and operational excellence. She will also serve as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief of Staff, helping guide institutional priorities, governance, and long-term growth.
