The Metis Foundation strives to advance military medicine through providing scientific, education, financial and project management support in the conduct of federally and privately sponsored research, clinical trials and education.
We owe many breakthroughs in healthcare to people dedicated to research. There is however, decreasing interest secondary to fiscal and financial constraints. Talents are lost, especially among young researchers and clinician researchers.
