Nickolay (Nicky) Trucios, BS

Nicky is an experienced HR professional with a background in accounting and human resources, currently serving as an HR Associate with The Metis Foundation. She specializes in employee onboarding, payroll administration, benefits management, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Prior to joining The Metis Foundation, Nicky worked for small businesses as an Accountant/HR Specialist where she managed financial reporting, invoicing, and employee onboarding. She’s also held operational roles where she contributed to project management, payroll processing, and policy compliance. With her diverse background, she’s excited to bring her knowledge to the nonprofit sector and support the foundation’s impactful work in military medical research. In her spare time, she enjoys reading thriller books or spending time with her family.
